Where can I find teen pregnancy help?
Teenage girls can find pregnancy help in several places:
Family and Friends - The ideal place is finding out they have a loving, supportive family network that works through the emotions of being faced with an unplanned pregnancy. The family that supports their teenager through her pregnancy gives her a chance to finish high school, supplies nutritional meals for mother and baby, and ensures that all doctor appointments are met for the present and future health of the mother and baby.
Non-profit groups - Teenage girls who find they do not have such an ideal supportive environment can find teen pregnancy help in non-profit groups that were started to support teen girls. Consider asking a local church or youth group for help or contact one of the agencies listed below.
God - A teenager can go where they will not feel condemned or criticized for their choices -- to God. When the teen girl is socially excluded or made to feel like a bad person, God is always ready to accept her with open arms letting her know she can be forgiven and loved.
“. . .I will never fail you. I will never forsake you. That is why we can say with confidence, "The Lord is my helper, so I will not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?" (Hebrews 13:5-6).
